Additional orders for stands

This form allows exhibitors or stand builders to order additional products for their stands. Please place your order well in advance of the event, as limited quantities are available

Before ordering, check the products on your order confirmation. Do not re-order products that you already have on your order confirmation for your stand.

Stand structures and furniture

The exhibitor is obliged to replace lost or damaged structures, furniture and other products and supplies at their full value.

All self-attached tapes and adhesives must be removed from the structures after the event. The costs incurred in repairing, renewing or cleaning rented furniture will be invoiced to the exhibitor after the event.

Exhibition structures and furniture

The price includes furniture rental, transportation, erection and dismantling.

The exhibitor will compensate for lost or damaged structures and furniture at their full value. The costs incurred in repairing, renewing or cleaning exhibition structures or rented furniture will be invoiced to the exhibitor after the trade fair.

Carpets are made to order and are priced per square meter (m2).

Electricity and lighting

The price of electrical products includes the import of electricity to the stand, including a socket, consumption fee, constant voltage and on-call service during exhibition opening hours.
When ordering lighting, remember to also order electricity.
The electrical layout drawing must be submitted separately to customerservice@tampereenmessut.fi

Screens

The screens play the most common video and image files, such as .jpg and .MP4.

The screen rental includes an HDMI cable only if necessary. The cable can be ordered by entering your need in the Additional information text field at the end of the form.

If the material to be presented on the screen can be played from a USB stick, the material can be delivered in advance to messut.tampere@ct-group.com. In this case, the screen can be prepared for presentation already during the installation phase.

Remember to order a stand for the screen. If you want the screen on a wall, you must order a reinforced exhibition wall for this. You can order a reinforced exhibition wall by entering your need in the Additional information text field at the end of the form.

Roof suspensions and trusses

The suspension plan must be submitted no later than 30 days before the trade fair to customerservice@tampereenmessut.fi. The plan must include precise descriptions of the locations of the ceiling suspensions, point loads and desired height.

Stand cleaning

Stand cleaning is ordered for the entire duration of the trade fair event. Choose the cleaning according to the size of the stand and the duration of the event.

Cleaning is done before the trade fair opens and on the evenings of the trade fair days. Cleaning includes wiping down flat surfaces from free surfaces, removing stains, emptying trash cans, and wet mopping or vacuuming the floors.

Two-day events

Department-specific internet connection

The connection includes a fast, department-specific optimized wireless network that supports up to 150 simultaneous users. The connection speed is typically 50-100 Mbit/s during the event. The wireless network is compatible with 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax standards (WiFi 6).

Green plants

Prices include shipping and delivery costs and a basic protective pot. Orders are delivered to the stand before the event starts and picked up immediately after the event ends. Products are delivered by Vihersisustus Bueno Oy
