Basic charge for electricity includes delivery of electrical current to the stand, a socket, electricity
consumption and the services of an electrician during the exhibition opening hours.
Please note! If you order lights you must also order electricity.

The prices for electrical equipment include installation material, rental fee and also installation and
dismantling work. All material remains the property of the contractor and will be charged to their full
value from the exhibitor, should they suffer damages or disappear.

All orders submitted later than 14 days before the exhibition are subject to a surcharge (30 %). 30 %
surcharge for outdoor installations. The exhibitor will be charged for the reparations of all electrical damages caused by installations not made by Expotec. The charge is 50 €/h.

Invoicing fee is added to all orders.

VAT is added to all prices.
