Rental terms
The price includes furniture rental, transportation, erection and dismantling. The exhibitor will replace the lost or damaged furniture to its full value.
Repair, renewal or cleaning of exhibition structures or rental furniture will be charged after the fair if it is found that they have been damaged. All self-attached tapes and adhesives must be removed after the fair.
Hanging hooks are available from Expotec's exhibition office. These hooks can be used to hang things on walls without tapes and glues.
For orders placed less than 14 days before the fair, a 30% increased price will be charged. Please place your order in time as products are limited.
The current VAT is added to the prices.
Tampere Trade Fair Ltd. will invoice the products and services ordered with this form after the fair.
